Before manage the K&M Group, was Advisor, Planning and Organizational Development and Control Manager of the Department of Energy's Management Company of Rio Grande do Norte (Cosern), Coordinator of Training Course for Administration and Training for Executives, Manager of Control Academic Management, Director of Courses of Business Administration and Foreign Trade Advisor of Chancellor of the Universidade Potiguar (UNP), Director of Audit of the Regional Council of Business in Administration of Rio Grande do Norte, and Deputy Secretary of the Estrategic Managing of Natal City. Currently is student of Master in Science in Business Management from the University of São Francisco (USF/SP), has postgraduated in general administration and Graduate in Business Administration. Fábio San Martin Guimarães Véras: Bachelor in Business Administration, a post-graduate Business Management by Ibmec/São Paulo and an expert on ISO 9000 by Sebrae. In addition to serving as Executive Manager of K&M Consulting, is speaker and management consultant for more than eight years. Already developed and coordinated work, projects, workshops and lectures for companies in various segments of industry, commerce and services, including the Mayor of Natal and Parnamirim, State Secretary of Work, Habitation and Social Assistance , Multdia, Uvifrios and Parfumerie.
Estácio Alexandre de Alencar Guimarães: Consultant Leader of K&M Consulting. He was Municipal Secretary of Education of the Macaiba City, legal adviser of the National Association of Municipal Managers of Education and Director of Business Administration Course of the Universidade Potiguar. Serves more than 10 years in Higher Education, as a Professor's guiding in post-graduate MBA in Business Management and coordinator of the Entrepreneurship Center of UNP. He is also professor in the course of Business Administration in the disciplines Administration of Micro and Small Enterprise, Business Beginnings, Creation of New Business and Entrepreneurship.
