Before manage the K&M Group, was Advisor, Planning and Organizational Development and Control Manager of the Department of Energy's Management Company of Rio Grande do Norte (Cosern), Coordinator of Training Course for Administration and Training for Executives, Manager of Control Academic Management, Director of Courses of Business Administration and Foreign Trade Advisor of Chancellor of the Universidade Potiguar (UNP), Director of Audit of the Regional Council of Business in Administration of Rio Grande do Norte, and Deputy Secretary of the Estrategic Managing of Natal City. Currently is student of Master in Science in Business Management from the University of São Francisco (USF/SP), has postgraduated in general administration and Graduate in Business Administration.
