K & M in the last Executive Seminar held at COSERN

The K&M Consulting held yesterday, on 12/10/2008, last year's Executive Seminar at COSERN with the theme Strategy and Impact on Results. The seminar was taught by President and Chief Executive Coach Kelermane Martins with content based on Michael Porter, considered the "father of business strategy," and culminating with content based on the methodology of Balanced Scorecard (BSC), developed by Kaplan and Norton.

As this was the final seminar of the year and we are preparing for the Christmas and New Year's festivals, K&M Consulting presented the participants adding the theme Authentic Happiness, based on the content of Martin Seilgman and Mihaly Csinkszentmihalyi, taught by business consultant Jodibel Niklas and Kelermane Martins.

At the end of the seminar was shown the motivational video "The power of vision" and the closure of the event was conducted by the Superintendent of Planning and Control of COSERN, José Lenine.
