The K&M Consulting held on 12/02/2008 in the third Executive Seminar with the theme COSERN Strategic Vision. Kelermane Martins, Managing Director of K&M Consulting, as well as Consultant and Executive Coach, gave the seminar with the help of business consultant Jodibel Niklas.
The seminar addressed the 8 strategic visions in the literature mentioned by Luis and culminated with the strategic vision from the viewpoint of the Management of Skills, as one of the key skills needed for the work and organization.
The workshop has yet to reflect on scenes from the movie in Portuguese “À Procura da Felicidade”, with Will Smith, as an example of real professional with strategic vision.
