During the days 19, 20 and 21 of november, Kelermane participated in the Program for Senior coaching level, promoted by ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute, in Sao Paulo.
The Senior Level Coaching Program is designed for coaches who want to advance in their knowledge and for those who want to make the accreditation international staff in the ICF - International Coach Federation.
The Coaching Program for Senior Level (former master) has as main goal to offer the coaches already formed by ICI - Integrated Coaching, an expansion in its role as a professional differentiated in the market.
So Kelermane Martins will be the first person of the State of Rio Grande do Norte to have a coaching certificate from a senior level and the only Northeastern able to implement programs for Coach, with the validation of the ICF.
